The wines of this appellation

with a brilliant hue sporting greenish tints, the wines display aromas of hazelnut, almond, white peach, fern, butter and white flowers (hawthorn, acacia and wild rose), with lemony undertones. They boast a clean, silky attack, are fat, noticeably rich in alcohol with well-balanced acidity. Try with monkfish steak in a green pepper sauce, trout, chitterlings sausage, seafood, fish served with a sauce, white meats.
