The wines of this appellation

Bourgogne Aligoté are light, lively, vigorous wines that are supple, delicate, fresh and moderately well-constituted with acidulous overtones. They exhibit a white gold colour with greenish tints, and exude fragrances of grape, green apple, vanilla and lemon. Try with cooked cold pork meats, fried or grilled fish, snails, oven-baked pike-perch, goats cheeses.
