the reds are firm in their early years, aromatic, elegant, ample and tannic. They display aromas of small red fruit (blackcurrant, redcurrant), liquorice, undergrowth, musk and floral notes. Try with stuffed fatted chicken, lamb, cheeses. The whites are solid wines with body, character and good acidity. They display a brilliant hue, aromas of vanilla, strawberry, citrus fruit (lemon, apple), honey, amber and are slightly spicy. Enjoyable with fish, either grilled or served with a cream sauce.
