The area is set south-east of Auxerre in the villages of Auget, Quenne, Saint Bris le Vineux, Vincelottes and the locality of Vaux in Auxerre. The reds are full with delicate tannins and fragrances of raspberry and morello cherry. The whites are fat and delicate with aromas of hazelnut and flowers.

Grape varieties: Vins rouges, rosés : Pinot noir. Vins blancs secs : Chardonnay
