Bourgogne Chitry is located south-east of Auxerre, on the border with Chablis, in the village of Chitry. The soil is formed of Kimmeridgian limestone marl. The elegant, fruity wines pair with grilled or roast red meat, duck, sauteed veal or beef bourguignon. The generous, round whites are a perfect match for poultry or fish.

Grape varieties: Vins rouges et rosé : Pinot noir, cesar, tressot. Vins blancs secs : Chardonnay
