the reds are supple and light with fragrances of red fruit (cherry, raspberry) and flowers (violet). They are suitable partners for grilled meats, roast poultry or lentil soup. The soft, full rosés are delicate, flavoursome, easy-drinking wines which sport a magnificent coral pink hue and fruit tones. Perfect with paté roll, sauteed veal, mussel fritters. The whites are fresh, fruity and light with floral (acacia) and vegetal aromas (fern, mint). Serve with carp matelote or rabbit fricassee in wine.
