now in extremely short supply, these wines have low acidity, are dry, light supple, smooth, delicate and easy to drink. They are intended to be drunk young. The wines display a light golden hue and smoky, peppery fragrances with raisins and dried fruit, hazelnut, fresh almond, walnut and linden. They pair with trout mariniere, fried fish and goats cheeses.
