The wines of this appellation

depending on whether they are harvested in the northern portion of the appellation or in the south, wine styles can vary immensely. Those from the north display a light hue with elegant, supple, delicate, round aromas and pleasant tannins. Those from the south boast a deeper hue and a more marked tannic structure, they are well-rounded with good acidity.
