« Robe brillante jaune pâle, reflets argentés, bulles d'une grande finesse. Nez ouvert de fruits blancs, d'agrumes, notes pâtissières et de foin coupé. Bouche acidulée, conforme au nez, évolution droite dans un style bien sec. A servir en apéritif. »
