The wines of this appellation

the red wines are reasonably powerful with a certain amount of freshness, they are well-balanced and long on the palate. They can be served with strongly-flavoured meats. The generous rosés are quaffing wines with aromas of ripe fruit and citrus fruit. They are suitable for barbecues. The harmonious white wines are long on the palate and develop a complex bouquet of white flesh fruit (peach, apricot) and exotic notes. Perfect as appetisers or with shellfish.
