AOC Saint-Romain Dry white wine

The wines of this appellation

the reds are lively and slightly austere in their early years. As they mature, they acquire elegance from their mellow tannins. They display fragrances of cherry, redcurrant and blackcurrant bud leading into smoky tones and macerated fruits as they age. The whites are vigorous, clean and fresh, acquiring mellowness with age. They display vegetal scents, linden and honeysuckle, white flowers, toast, ripe yellow fruit such as mirabelle plums and honey.
