Covering almost 17 hectares, this Morey-Saint-Denis great growth occupies a hillside site with a due east aspect overlooking the road from Gevrey to Morey. The marl-rich, limestone soils impart structure and depth to these red wines, which are duly deep, well-constituted wines exhibiting great structure and body, whilst at the same time remaining delicate and graceful with bundles of fruit. The cellaring capacity of the wines is one of the longest in Burgundy, reaching and indeed extending beyond 20 years. Try with game or roast meat.
