« Robe rouge rubis, reflets pourpres. Nez de fruits noirs confiturés, touches de grillé et de réglisse. Bouche riche et complexe, notes empyreumatiques de lard fumé. Servir sur des grillades de boeuf au barbecue. Bien carafer ou à conserver en cave. »

« Ruby-red with crimson reflections. Jammy black fruits with toast and liquorice touches on the nose. Rich, complex palate with empyreumatic notes of smoky bacon. Serve with barbecue-grilled beef. Decant or cellar. »
