The growing area is located north-east of Chablis, near Tonnerre in the village of Epineuil. Grown on calcareous clay soils, the reds are tannic, elegant wines suitable for laying down. Try with red meat, roast poultry or veal stew. The fruity, soft whites are well-suited to fish.

Grape varieties: Vins rouges, rosés : Pinot noir, césar, tressot. Vins blancs secs : Chardonnay
