« Clear pale yellow. Rich nose intermixing pastries, yeast, white fruits and a fine oxidative note. Vinous, fleshy, ample palate which lets generous fragrances of iodine, dried fruits and saline notes coat the palate. A superb wine pairing with shellfish. »
