« Robe saumonée. Nez s'ouvrant sur des notes de nectarine blanche, fruits exotiques, fine touche d'épices. Bouche concentrée, riche, affichant la même dimension fruitée qu'au nez. L'ensemble puissant, homogène, accompagnera un poisson grillé. »
