« Robe jaune très clair, reflets vert pâle. Nez de fleurs et de fruits blancs, touches de mandarine. Attaque en bouche fraîche, acidulée, conforme au nez. Un style gorgé de soleil, à la fois expressif et délicat. A boire sur des coquillages ou du poisson. »
