« Robe jaune paille clair, reflets verts. Nez évoquant la poire et la pêche de vigne, notes mentholées. Attaque en bouche ronde, précise, dégageant beaucoup de fraîcheur, touches d'agrumes. Belle salinité en fin de bouche. A boire sur des fruits de mer. »
