« Robe grenat soutenu. Nez boisé vanillé mentholé sur fond de baies confiturées (framboise, cassis). Bouche tendre, souple, au boisé fondu, qui laisse vagabonder le fruit à sa guise, tout en fraicheur et gourmandise. Excellent compagnon d'une viande rôtie. »
