« Robe rubis soutenu. Le nez mûr, évoque un peu le pruneau, le raisin sec. En bouche une belle attaque, de l'ampleur, une matière généreuse et une certaine puissance. Un vin complet qui sait rester harmonieux. Pour un gibier par exemple. »
