The historic brand Champagne Collery, founded in 1893 in Ay, is located in the heart of the Champagne hillsides recently classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The range, exclusively made from Grand Cru grapes, harmoniously blends Pinot Noir and Chardonnay to reveal the best of those terroirs’ typicity. At Collery’s villa, Champagne an Ratafia workshop offer special moments dedicated to tasting and sharing the passion and know-how of the House. To complete the immersive Champagne experience, Collery offers 4 bed & breakfast and a guest house where quietness invites you to share a glass of Champagne on the terrasse with a view on the park.
