« Color granate intenso, aspecto joven. Nariz agradable de fresa, arándanos, mermelada de frambuesa. Ataque ligero, boca con clase, rica, perfumes mediterráneos, especiados, salinos, un poco vegetales. Todavía no está maduro, pero lo esencial está presente. »
