« Color granate, un poco ambarino. Nariz que se abre en los aromas de grosella negra, toque vegetal en la aeración. Boca concentrada, carnosa, con la misma dimensión mentolada que en la nariz. Vino agradable, homogéneo. Servir con una brocheta de ternera. »
