« Color amarillo oro claro, reflejos verdes. Nariz atractiva de frutos blancos y con hueso, notas de cítricos y mentol. Ataque en boca redondo, sobre la fruta. El final está marcado por un gran frescor salino. Servir con crustáceos y pescados asados. »
