« Robe grenat soutenu, quelques reflets ambrés. Nez expressif mêlant réglisse, griotte, épices fines, élégant fond boisé. Bouche veloutée, ample, bien liée. Pas de superflu, sensation de légèreté, du cousu main qui ne demande qu'à s'ouvrir. »
