« Robe grenat sombre, reflets rubis. Nez plaisant, légèrement animal, cassis, griotte, épices mêlées. Bouche vive, corsée, juteuse, dévoilant des notes de réglisse, d'herbes aromatiques, sur fond de tanins fins. Aucun artifice, pour viandes aux épices. »
« Dark garnet with ruby highlights. Pleasant, slightly animal nose with blackcurrant, morello cherry and mixed spices. Lively, robust, juicy palate revealing notes of liquorice and herbs with fine supporting tannins. A genuine wine for spice-flavoured meats. »
