« Shiny, light yellow, pale green tints, tiny bubbles. Clean nose of citrus fruit and spring flowers, touch of yeast. Refreshing and moreish on the palate, balanced, with a touch of residual sugar balanced by a saline note at the end. A well-made Prosecco. »
