« Vibrant light gold. Racy nose of sliced bread, fresh and cooked white fruits. Lively attack, light, pared down, energetic palate with generous aromatics. Chiselled, mineral aromas and a finely oxidative dimension. A superb, fairly austere, consistent Cava. »
