« Robe grenat soutenu, reflets tuilés. Nez mêlant fruits à noyau, épices fines, iris, touche patinée. Bouche corsée, concentrée, alerte, dotée d'une structure élégante mais encore un peu dissociée. Un riserva de belle facture que l'on peut attendre. »
