« Pale gold with shimmering highlights. Nose of white flowers, dried fruits and liquorice. The palate is in the same vein, adding suppleness, silky bubbles, length and clean aromatics. The acidity is joined by softness on the finish. Drinking well from the aperitif onwards. »
