« Robe orangé pâle. Nez expressif dévoilant fruits à noyau, registre épicé, végétaux secs. Attaque souple, bouche corsée, riche et nerveuse qui étale sans timidité ses fragrances friandes. L'ensemble est franc et typé, à réserver à la cuisine provençale. »
