« Robe jaune clair, reflets vert pâle. Nez de fleurs et d'agrumes, touches végétales. Attaque en bouche acidulée aux accents citronnés, évolution saline, beaux amers en finale. Servir sur des coquillages ou des fromages de chèvre secs. »
« Light yellow with pale green highlights. Nose of flowers and citrus fruits with herbal touches. Crisp attack on the palate showing lemony accents followed by a saline mid-palate and great sourness on the finish. Serve with shellfish or mature goat's cheese. »
