« Colour halfway between ruby and garnet. Herbal overtones on the nose backed by red fruits. Full-bodied palate with tannin presence. Fruit-dominant at point of entry then more rustic with pronounced herbal aromas mid-palate and on the finish. Serve with meat in a sauce. »
