« Robe jaune d'or pâle, reflets brillants. Nez de fleurs blanches et d'abricot, touches de cire d'abeille et d'amande fraîche. Bouche crémeuse, ample et complexe délivrant une belle fraîcheur acidulée. Servir sur des poissons ou des volailles en sauce. »
