« Robe jaune clair éclatant. Nez net s'ouvrant sur des notes citronnées. La bouche privilégie la vivacité, la droiture. La même palette aromatique, assez discrète, s'y exprime dans un registre tranchant. Un style pour fruits de mer et poisson cru. »
