« Robe rubis brillant, reflets tuilés. Nez alléchant mariant framboise, griotte, lierre, touche florale. Bouche nerveuse, riche, corsée aux effluves complexes et intenses, touches de maquis, d'épices, de craie. On est séduit par sa délicatesse, sa justesse. »
