« Colore granato scuro, qualche traccia mattone. Naso leggermente loquace che unisce amarene, tocchi tostati e speziati. Corposo e ricco al palato, attento, non ancora sviluppato, ma la costruzione è di qualità, sorridente e sano. Aspetteremo qualche anno. »
