« Belle robe jaune d'or assez soutenu, reflets légèrement cuivrés, bulle d'une grande finesse. Nez engageant de fruits blancs et jaunes bien mûrs, notes de viennoiserie. Attaque en bouche superbe marquée par la fraîcheur. De très beaux amers en finale. »
