« Robe jaune paille. Nez de pâte à pain, de graissin, associé à des tonalités fruitières rappellent la peau de pomme. La bouche est très croquante, structurée par une bulle présente. Une finale franche, rappelant agrumes et pomme termine de convaincre. »

« Yellow straw. Sourdough and biscotti on the nose with some hints of apple skins. Very crisp palate with a present mousse. Dry on the finish with a lemon-lime note followed by apple core. Drink through 2027. »
