« Jolie robe soutenue, rubis, reflets de jeunesse. Nez gourmand évoquant des fruits à noyau (prune, cerise). Bouche tout en rondeur, à la fois charnue et parfumée. Un style un peu canaille qu'on appréciera sur un plateau de charcuteries. »
