« Robe jaune très clair, reflets vert pâle. Nez d'agrumes et de fleurs blanches, touches de menthol. Attaque en bouche vive et fraîche, un sauvignon vendangé à pleine maturité combinant notes gourmandes et acidulées. A boire sur des fromages de chèvre secs. »
