« Robe jaune d'or clair, reflets vert pâle. Nez d'agrumes, de fruits blancs, touches végétales de buis. Attaque en bouche tendue, acidulée, conforme au nez. Un vin marqué par les arômes primaires du sauvignon. Longue finale minérale. Servir sur des huîtres. »
