« Belle robe jaune d'or. Nez intense de fruits blancs avec une tonalité acidulée et d'épices douces très gourmande. Même registre très frais en bouche, la finale est tendue et très tonique. A ouvrir sur un carpaccio de saint-jacques. »
« Beautiful yellow-gold. Intense nose of white fruits with a very compelling tangy tone of sweet spices. The same, very fresh aromatics are echoed on the palate where the finish is tense and very invigorating. Uncork for scallop carpaccio. »

« Hermoso color amarillo oro. Nariz intensa de frutos blancos con una tonalidad acidulada y de especias suaves muy sabrosa. En boca el mismo registro muy fresco, con un final tierno y muy tónico. Para abrir con un carpaccio de vieiras. »
