« Brilliant pale yellow. Attractive nose, essentially floral (honeysuckle, hawthorn) over a fruity backdrop. Lots of soft, fleshy body on the palate, with copious, well-knit bubbles and clean aromatics enhanced by a touch of sweetness. »
