« Pale appearance, green flashes. Pleasing nose of yellow plum, acacia, hawthorn. Smooth and polished on the palate, quite fleshy, rich and round, with good up-front fruity flavour. Its well-knit acidity gives satisfying cut. Serve with grilled prawns. »
