« Jolie robe rubis grenat. Au nez les fruits rouges se laissent dominer par des fragrances boisées, toastées, torréfiées. En bouche une matière assez fine, bien liée, un bon équilibre où la fraîcheur a sa place. Un blaye bâti pour une viande rouge. »
