« Robe soutenue, reflets rubis. Nez boisé torréfié, fond de fruits des bois mûrs. Bouche dense, extraite, qui fait preuve de rigidité tannique. Le fruit est encore masqué par l'élevage. Puissant et juvénile, il se livrera sur une viande rôtie. »
