« Robe soutenue, reflets grenat brun. Nez empyreumatique, fumé, cendré, s'ouvrant sur les fruits noirs confiturés, les épices. Bouche mâture, solaire, dynamisée par des parfums méditerranéens affirmés. Tanins affinés, finale généreuse. Pour viande marinée. »
« Deep-hued with garnet-brown tints. Empyreumatic nose showing smoke and ash then opening up to jammy black fruits and spice. Mature, sun-ripened palate energised by assertive Mediterranean flavours. Honed tannins and a generous finish. Pair with marinated meats. »
