« Robe grenat soutenu, reflets tuilés. Nez agréable mêlant fines notes épicées et toastées, prune, touche de cacao. Attaque suave, bouche assez concentrée, tendue, épanouie, associant fruits rouges et dimension saline. Parfiat sur un rôti. »
