« Robe saumoné clair. Nez dédié aux fruits (agrumes, fruits rouges, pêches), touche épicée mentholée. Un rosé expressif, au fruité gourmand. La matière est généreuse, la fraîcheur au rendez-vous avec une touche épicée finale. Pour fromages d'apéritif. »
